Tara Montessori opened the first Centre in July 2020, with a licensed for 30 children per day. Our second centre opened in July 2024 with a license for 37 children per day. Our hours of operation are from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday all year round except public holidays.
We are an accredited services approved to receive Child Care Subsidy payments on behalf of eligible families. Our purpose is to provide early education and care facilities to Midland and surrounding communities.
Tara Montessori’s mission is to contribute significantly to early childhood development; this is achieved through connecting with the community at our Centres in Midland which provides a Montessori environment where children’s uniqueness can be nurtured and developed.
Offering excellent childcare inclusive of Montessori education for children aged 18 months up to 6 years. Thanks to High staff to child ratio and a team of professional and caring staff, working parents can feel assured that their children’s physical, psychological and educational needs are met and that the children are happy. We aim to make each child’s journey as enjoyable as possible and allow plenty of free play time to create a home from home environment.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality, collaborative and nurturing learning and professional collaboration to the maximum benefit of all children, during their early years of childhood, giving you as the parent peace of mind that your child is looked after by caring, highly trained professionals. Education at Tara Montessori is based on the principles and method developed by Maria Montessori.
